Virtual Desktop Engineer
Own AVD landscapes end-to-end: image management, FSLogix profile design, conditional access, capacity tuning, RDS fallback design, FSLogix-to-OneDrive integration, and incident response when desktops go down at 8am.
Remote Workforce Architect
Design hybrid workforce platforms across AVD + RDS + identity + endpoint + voice. Lead resilience reviews — including planning for Entra ID and Azure region outages with RDS fallback paths.
Cloud Engineer / Azure Local Engineer
Design and operate Azure, public cloud, and Azure Local environments. Build infrastructure-as-code, hybrid identity, and migration paths.
AI / Applied ML Engineer
Ship LLM features, RAG pipelines, agent loops, and production evals. Optimise for cost and latency with prompt caching and model routing.
Platform / SRE Engineer
Operate the CI/CD, observability, and platform-as-code that ships everything else. Reduce toil with automation; own the on-call rotation.
Security Engineer
Defend identity, endpoint, network, cloud, and application layers. Run incident response; produce compliance evidence on demand.
